At the CAD IT S.p.A. Sharedholders' Meeting held on 28^th April 2006, it was decided to entrust “BDO Sala Scelsi Farina-società di Revisione” with the duty of auditing the accounts from 2006/2011. At a later Meeting on 30^th April 2007, at the suggestion of the Board of Auditors, it was decided to prolong this period to the date of Shareholders' Meeting approval of the 31^st December 2014 company balance closure.
