This document shows the list, subdivided into type, date and place of publication, of all the information on CAD IT S.p.A. placed at the disposal of the public in the 12 months prior to 29^th April 2010, the date when the last balance was approved at the Shareholder Meeting.

The Annual Information Document is drafted in accordance with the regulations in article 54 of Consob Resolution no. 11971/99 (Regulation Issuer).
